Shipping conditions

1.1. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All products available on Hanna Berlin are shipped directly from our foreign suppliers to the address provided during checkout. Our shipping option “Free Shipping + Tracking Number” with a fixed price of 0,00 € takes 7 to 18 working days depending on the product (after the product has been shipped). Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment in our system, depending on your location.

We ensure the provision of a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.

Please note: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, postal disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We guarantee the delivery of your order. If products are lost or damaged during shipping, we are responsible for refunding the full purchase amount. All products are shipped with loss insurance and with our free online tracking, delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. INSURED SHIPPING

If the product is delayed and is not delivered within 50 working days of the dispatch date, you will be refunded the full amount.

Please note: It is possible that you will receive multiple parcels as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product and then another, don't worry - this is perfectly normal.

1.3. TRACKING

The products are sent by post or another carrier, always with a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery progress. Hanna Berlin will let you know how to track your order. The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as it is available from Hanna Berlin.

The tracking number is usually provided within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of payment.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ATTENTION)

2.1. CORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Hanna Berlin will ensure that your products are sent to the delivery address you provide. To ensure that your order is delivered correctly, we ask you to be careful when entering your delivery address.

2.2. ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT

Make sure that someone is present to receive your products at the time of delivery. Swiss Post usually makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to accept the order on any of these attempts, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, you usually have 7 consecutive days to collect the parcel from the post office. If the recipient does not collect the parcel within this period, the parcel will usually be returned to the sender and we will have to resend the product at no additional cost.

All details of the delivery attempts and the address of the post office where the parcel can be collected if the recipient is absent are recorded in the shipment tracking, which you can track on the website of the shipping service provider. Please use the tracking code provided by Hanna Berlin for this purpose.

2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Hanna Berlin accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided when ordering in-store. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to the sender in accordance with the shipping service provider's guidelines and no further delivery attempts will be made to this address.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the product is not collected by the post office, you are entitled to a refund or free return of the products.
