Privacy Policy
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, during the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your first name, address and email address.
When browsing our store, we also automatically receive your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with data that helps us learn more about your web browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or make a return, we assume that you consent to its collection and use for that specific purpose only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent or give you the opportunity to opt out.
How can I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after you have consented, you may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at berlinhanna56@gmail.com.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce online platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data stores, databases and the general Shopify application. Your information is backed up on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you select a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. This is encrypted to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) standards. Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as is necessary to complete the purchase. Once the transaction has been completed, your purchase transaction data will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by retailers and their service providers.
For a clearer overview, you can also read Shopify's Terms of Service here or Privacy Policy here.
SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third party service providers we use will only collect, use and share your information to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the services they provide to us.
However, some third party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in relation to the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, remember that some suppliers may be located, or have facilities located, in a different jurisdiction than you or us. So, if you want to complete a transaction that involves the services of a third-party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where the service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Use.
If you click on links from our store, you may be redirected away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable measures and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
When you provide us with your credit card information, this information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-recognized standards.
SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to do so.
